To delete all data for all devices on your account
From the App
Click 'Delete Account' on the main screen in the app. Enter your username and password, and click 'Delete All Accounts for this User' button to immediately delete all Phone Tracker data for all devices for this user account.
To immediatly delete all data for one device on your account, click 'Delete Account' on the main screen in the app on the device you wish to remove, and click the top button 'Delete Account for this Device'.
From the Website Contol Panel
You can also log into your control panel at www.phonetracker.com and click 'Cancel Service' on the bottom. Enter your username and password and click 'Delete Account' to delete all data for all devices on your account.
To delete all data for a specific device, you can log into your control panel at www.phonetracker.com and click 'Device Options' at the top. Scroll down to 'Remove Device', enter your account password and click 'Remove Device' button.
Delete Specific Data from Control Panel
You can also delete specific data on a specific device by scrolling to the section 'To immediately remove specific data for this device, click the appropriate button below:'. Click on the button for the type of data you wish to remove, and it will be immediately deleted.
